They were patient with my decision making, and when it was time to onboard, the process was flawless and easy.It is refreshing to be able to reach capable service providers when needed, and have them actually return a call when they say they will!The experience has been relatively hands-off since Clearly makes the switching process smooth. NO SURPRISES with contract terms, pricing or anything like that. One time there was an erroneous admin charge on the bill and they rectified it immediately. No follow ups needed, no repeated calls asking for it to be dealt with...it was just done.We also used a 3rd party vendor along with our Clearly Payments processing. But when they didn't provide the level of reporting they said they would, Clearly Payments helped get us sorted out and we are still with them. I have no doubts that we'll keep our business with Clearly Payments for a long time.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Clearly Payments, and Chris Farmer. Not only are we saving money through processing daily transactions, we have also had great support when we've had questions about any of the processes, or just the phrases of the card processing world that we did not understand.
