SONA

We use the Sona Clover machines in our busy Massage Clinic located in Moncton. Right from the initial setup we have been very happy with the machines and our rep Alan.Alan was quick to answer questions for us over the phone and get us back up and running when we were in the early days of using the machines and we somehow disconnected our machines from the Wi-Fi. We get great customer feedback on the ease of using the machines and how nice the layout is. Staff love not only how quick and efficient they are to use but also to clean! With regular Covid cleaning circuits this is a big one to us.

I have had a great experience with the SONA tills and the customer service that has gone along with it. There are a lot of great features included, one in particular I really value is the tills built in ability to connect to data; it really saved our bacon when wi-fi went down. *Literally saved our bacon, we are a Butcher Shop* The biggest feed back we have gotten from our customers about the SONA devices is how cool, and fresh looking they are. The display is huge for our older guests to easily read, and with no bulky buttons, it has been great for ease of cleaning, especially during COVID. A lot of merchants have unsightly plastic bags or other accessories over their pin-pad machines. Not us! Our old machine would pump out receipts even when a majority of guests don't want their receipt or wanted a digital solution. We have that now. It's been an awesome product and program that can really benefit a small or large organization. Thanks so much to Alan and the whole team!

My work recently received the machines from SONA right before closed the clinic - Massage Addict Dartmouth. We have had such a great experience using these machines. Because of the contactless pay option our customers have been really happy. The machine is easy to use, easy to navigate. Super easy to clean compared to our old pin-pad machines with the buttons due to all the Covid-19 cleaning procedures. When we need to go back in the month to view a certain day, the machine is easy to read and again easy to navigate using all the apps it has to offer.

Alan has been extremely helpful, responsive and amazing, in getting us started with our Clover system and has continued to check in, problem-solve and answer all questions we had to ensure everything runs smoothly. I would highly recommend Sona and Alan - we have gotten positive feedback from customers as well on how slick, user friendly and great our POS is when ringing them in. We haven't had any issues and it has made our lives and work run smoothly, especially when we are busy and needed a reliable system!
